On Page: 067             Provides $1,000,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Arc Village residential community in 
Spec App:  345           the Agency for Persons with Disabilities and reduces 
                         general revenue funding in the Department of 
                         Children and Families for Eckerd Community 
                         Alternatives by $1,000,000.
