On Page: 068             Reduces funding for The Manor Mental Health Services 
                         by $1,000,000 and increases funding by $500,000 for 
Spec App:  354           the Broward County Sheriff's Office for child 
                         protective investigations and $500,000 for 
                         Opportunity, Inc. Okaloosa Walton Homeless Continuum 
                         of Care.
