       Senator Margolis moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (740626) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 236 and 237
    5  insert:
    6         Section 5. Section 316.01, Florida Statutes, is created to
    7  read:
    8         316.01 Vehicular access to state universities.A local
    9  governmental entity as defined in s. 334.03 may not prevent
   10  vehicular access on a transportation facility into or out of a
   11  state university facility, regulated by the Board of Governors
   12  of the State University System as provided in s. 20.155, which
   13  has only one ingress or egress.

   17         Delete line 4405
   18  and insert:
   19         repeal of the section; creating s. 316.01, F.S.;
   20         prohibiting a local governmental entity from

   23         that has only one ingress or egress; amending s.
   24         316.515, F.S.;
