       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Substitute Amendment (814240) (with
    2  title amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 2300 - 2311
    5  and insert:
    6  the public. Local government review or approval is not required
    7  for a public information system owned or hereafter acquired,
    8  developed, or constructed by the water management district on
    9  its own property. A public information system is subject to
   10  exempt from the requirements of chapter 479. Water management
   11  district funds may not be used to
