       Senator Diaz de la Portilla moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (740626) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 4378 and 4379
    5  insert:
    6         Section 85. Ralph Sanchez Way designated; Department of
    7  Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    8         (1) That portion of U.S. 1 in Miami-Dade County between
    9  South East 2nd Street and North East 3rd Street is designated as
   10  “Ralph Sanchez Way.”
   11         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   12  suitable markers designating Ralph Sanchez Way as described in
   13  subsection (1).

   16         And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete line 4830
   18  and insert:
   19         deceptive trade practice; providing honorary
   20         designation of a certain transportation facility in a
   21         specified county; directing the Department of
   22         Transportation to erect suitable markers; providing an
   23         effective date.
