       The Committee on Health Policy (Bean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2         Delete lines 191 - 192.
    3         Delete lines 212 - 213.
    4         Delete lines 325 - 367
    5  and insert:
    6  Section 1. (b) The program shall post on its website, by July
    7  1st of each fiscal year, a list of optional healthy living
    8  performance goals and the proposed incentives for achievement of
    9  each goal. The corporation shall establish a procedure for the
   10  documentation of such goals, timeframes for achievement of the
   11  optional goals and the payment of supplemental amounts into an
   12  enrollee’s health benefits account, subject to available
   13  funding.
