       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (126712) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 653 - 658
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6  upward and upon a showing by a preponderance of the evidence of
    7  increased ability to pay alimony. Absent a finding of fraud, an
    8  increase in an obligor’s income may not be considered permanent
    9  in nature unless the increase has been maintained without
   10  interruption for at least 1 year, taking into account the
   11  obligor’s ability to sustain his or her income.
