       Senator Joyner moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 707 - 712
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6  the filing of the petition. In an action under this section, if
    7  it is determined that the obligee or obligor unnecessarily or
    8  unreasonably litigated the underlying petition for modification
    9  or termination, the court may award the other party his or her
   10  reasonable attorney fees and costs pursuant to s. 61.16 and
   11  applicable case law.
