       Senator Joyner moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 262
    4  and insert:
    5  the marriage unless it is proven by clear and convincing
    6  evidence that the income available to either party and the
    7  assets relied upon during the marriage assets are not sufficient
    8  to provide support for both parties, then the court may consider
    9  assets that were not relied upon during the marriage.
