       The Committee on Community Affairs (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 75 and 76
    4  insert:
    5         (6) This section does not limit the right of employers to
    6  provide greater family or medical leave benefits to employees
    7  than the benefits specified in this section.

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 15
   12  and insert:
   13         providing that the act does not limit employers from
   14         offering additional family or medical leave benefits;
   15         providing an effective date.
