       The Committee on Appropriations (Hays) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 50 - 59
    4  and insert:
    5  Inspectors Board. The department may transfer excess cash to the
    6  Florida Homeowners’ Construction Recovery Fund that it
    7  determines is not required to fund the board from the board’s
    8  account within the Professional Regulation Trust Fund. However,
    9  the department may not transfer excess cash that would exceed
   10  the amount appropriated in the General Appropriations Act, and
   11  any amount approved by the Legislative Budget Commission
   12  pursuant to s. 216.181, to be used for the payment of claims
   13  from the Florida Homeowners’ Construction Recovery Fund.
