       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Simmons) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 52 - 54
    4  and insert:
    5         (i) The insurer has an established program for having the
    6  owner, the general contractor, or a combination thereof
    7  reimburse the insurer for losses paid within the deductible.
