       The Committee on Health Policy (Garcia) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (861804) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 321 - 327
    4  and insert:
    5  provider’s business. A provider may not present records to
    6  contest an overpayment or sanction unless such records are
    7  contemporaneous and, if requested during the audit process, were
    8  furnished to the agency or its agent upon request. This
    9  limitation does not apply to Medicaid cost report audits.
