       Senator Joyner moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 264 and 265
    4  insert:
    5         (8) If the school board adopts the turnaround option
    6  selected by parents, the parents shall annually have the
    7  opportunity to modify their selection using the provisions set
    8  forth in this section. If the option described in s.
    9  1008.33(4)(b)3. is selected in any such modification, the
   10  charter contract must include a provision stating the
   11  opportunity provided for in this subsection.
