       Senator Hays moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 332 and 333
    4  insert:
    5         Section 6. Any environmental restoration project for which
    6  a valid environmental permit has been issued pursuant to chapter
    7  373 or chapter 403, Florida Statutes, is exempt from further
    8  wetlands or water quality regulations imposed pursuant to
    9  chapters 125, 163, and 166, Florida Statutes.
