       The Committee on Agriculture (Bullard) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 319
    4  and insert:
    5  United States Geological Survey on crop needs and on water
    6  conservation measures. The water supply needs identified by the
    7  department may not conflict with local comprehensive plans that
    8  are in effect and which have been deemed to be in compliance
    9  with s. 163.3177(6)(c)-(d).
