       The Committee on Appropriations (Bean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (342762) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 667 and 668
    5  insert:
    6         Section 27. Present paragraphs (b) through (n) of
    7  subsection (5) of section 400.464, Florida Statutes, are
    8  redesignated as paragraphs (c) through (o), respectively, and a
    9  new paragraph (b) is added to that subsection, to read:
   10         400.464 Home health agencies to be licensed; expiration of
   11  license; exemptions; unlawful acts; penalties.—
   12         (5) The following are exempt from the licensure
   13  requirements of this part:
   14         (b) The delivery of home dialysis services provided
   15  directly, or through a subcontract, by an end-stage renal
   16  disease provider certified under 42 C.F.R. part 405, subpart U.
