       Senators Bean and Richter moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 3877 - 3878
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 87. Children’s Medical Services shall develop a
    6  mechanism within existing available resources where parents and
    7  guardians of children identified with sensorineural deficits may
    8  access direct information about service options available for
    9  addressing the needs of affected children.

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 361
   14  and insert:
   15         development; providing for Children’s Medical Services
   16         to develop a mechanism for parents and guardians of

   19         effective date.
