       The Committee on Appropriations (Galvano and Latvala)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (342762) (with directory and
    2  title amendments)
    3  
    4         Between lines 570 and 571
    5  insert:
    6         (15) Trauma centers designated as Level I, Level II, or
    7  pediatric trauma centers as of July 1, 2013 shall retain such
    8  designation unless the department determines the hospital is no
    9  longer able to comply with the adopted standards for such
   10  centers. A trauma center provisionally approved as a Level II
   11  trauma center as of July 1, 2013 may complete the application
   12  process through verification by the department as a Level II
   13  Trauma Center.

   16         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   17         Delete lines 536 - 537
   18  and insert:
   19         Section 18. Subsections (12)and (14) of section 395.4025,
   20  Florida Statutes, are amended and subsection (15) is added to
   21  section 395.4025, Florida Statutes, to read:
