       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (217746) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 19 - 35
    4  and insert:
    5  basis pursuant to s. 216.013.
    6         (4) The Agency for Health Care Administration shall include
    7  in contracts with Medicaid reform plans, prepaid mental health
    8  plans, and managed care contract providers a requirement that
    9  residents have an assigned case manager; have emergency services
   10  during evenings, weekends, and holidays; have emergency
   11  psychiatric care when needed; and have a detailed protocol that
   12  explains how the provider will ensure appropriate supervision of
   13  the clinical needs of Medicaid-eligible individuals who reside
   14  in an assisted living facility that holds a limited mental
   15  health license. The agency shall require Medicaid managed care
   16  plans and prepaid mental health plans to establish performance
   17  measures for mental health services provided to state-funded
   18  residents of assisted living facilities and to report
   19  performance on an annual basis to the agency.
