    3         Delete lines 50 - 55
    4  and insert:
    5  ensure that the drug has at least two or more nationally
    6  available, therapeutically equivalent, multiple-source generic
    7  drugs which:
    8         (a) Have a significant cost difference;
    9         (b) Are listed as therapeutically and pharmaceutically
   10  equivalent or “A” or “B” rated in the United States Food and
   11  Drug
