       (Flores) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 215 - 224
    4  and insert:
    5         (I) Effective January 1, 2015, the tax rate for charges for
    6  electrical power or energy is 4.5 percent.
    7         (II) Effective January 1, 2016, the tax rate for charges
    8  for electrical power or energy is 3.0 percent.
    9         (III) Effective January 1, 2017, the tax rate for charges
   10  for electrical power or energy is 1.75 percent.
