    5         Section 6. Subsection (18) is added to section 553.73,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         553.73 Florida Building Code.—
    8         (18) For a single-family dwelling, the Florida Building
    9  Code may require makeup air only if the dwelling has a range
   10  hood exhaust system capable of exhausting in excess of 1,200
   11  cubic feet per minute.
