       Senator Montford moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 131
    4  and insert:
    5  College System institution’s board of trustees. Notwithstanding
    6  any provision of law to the contrary, Tallahassee Community
    7  College may offer baccalaureate degree programs approved by the
    8  State Board of Education pursuant to the requirements in s.
    9  1007.33 in effect on March 30, 2014.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 7
   14  and insert:
   15         degree programs; authorizing Tallahassee Community
   16         College to offer certain baccalaureate degree
   17         programs; amending s. 1001.60, F.S.; revising
