    4  insert:
    5  Section 14. For the 2014-2015 fiscal year, there is appropriated
    6  to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the sums
    7  of $259,721 in recurring and $185,664 in nonrecurring funds from
    8  the General Inspection Trust Fund, and 4 full-time equivalent
    9  positions with associated salary rate of $138,181, are
   10  authorized for the purpose of implementing this act.
