    4  and insert:
    5  Department of Economic Opportunity for the applicant. The
    6  department may not distribute more than $6 million in fiscal
    7  year 2014-2015 and more than $13 million annually thereafter
    8         Delete line 431
    9  and insert:
   10  certify new distributions for additional applicants. In fiscal
   11  year 2014-2015, the department may not certify total
   12  distributions of more than $6 million for all certified
   13  applicants.
