    6         ================= T I T L E  A M E N D M E N T ================And the title is amended as follows:Delete everything before the enacting clauseand insert:A bill to be entitledAn act relating to specialty license plates; amending s. 320.08056, F.S.; authorizing the collection of annual use fees for the Fallen Law Enforcement Officers license plate and the Florida Sheriffs Association license plate; amending s. 320.08058, F.S.; revising provisions relating to the distribution of annual use funds to the Astronauts Memorial Foundation, Inc., for the Challenger/Columbia specialty license plate; requiring the St. Johns River Alliance, Inc., to record a certain number of sales within a specified timeframe; requiring the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to discontinue the plate under certain circumstances; providing for repeal on a specified date; creating a Fallen Law Enforcement Officers license plate and a Florida Sheriffs Association license plate; establishing an annual use fee for the plates; providing for the distribution of use fees received from the sale of such plates; providing effective dates.
