    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 1131 - 1135
    4  and insert:
    5         2. Annually administering or making provision for students
    6  participating in the scholarship program in grades 3 through 10
    7  to take one of the nationally norm-referenced tests identified
    8  by the Department of Education or the statewide assessments
    9  pursuant to s. 1008.22. Students participating in the
   10  scholarship program in grades 3 through 10 may also take the
   11  nationally norm-referenced tests identified by the Department of
   12  Education. Students with disabilities for whom
