       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1009 and 1010
    4  insert:
    5  Whenever a delay or disability of the child is suspected, the
    6  parent must be referred to a local child developmental screening
    7  program, such as the Child Find program of the Florida
    8  Diagnostic and Learning Resource System, for screening of the
    9  child.

   14  insert:
