    3         Delete lines 906 - 910
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) A contractor, or a person acting on behalf of a
    6  contractor, may not knowingly or willfully and with intent to
    7  injure, defraud, or deceive, pay, waive, or rebate all or part
    8  of an insurance deductible applicable to payment to the
    9  contractor, or a person acting on behalf of a contractor, for
   10  repairs to property covered by a property insurance policy. A
