GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs

Human Trafficking; Requiring the Department of Children and Families to develop or adopt initial screening and assessment instruments; requiring the department, community-based care lead agencies, and Department of Juvenile Justice staff administering the detention risk assessment instrument to receive specified training; requiring that safe houses and safe foster homes be certified by the department; creating the Statewide Council on Human Trafficking within the Department of Legal Affairs, etc.
