At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 189, INSERT:

The Agency for Health Care Administration is authorized within the 
existing funds of Specific Appropriation 189 to convene a working group 
of interested parties to review the Medicaid reimbursement of air 
ambulance providers and costs that such providers incur to transport 
Medicaid recipients.
