    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing honorary designations of
    4         certain transportation facilities in specified
    5         counties; directing the Department of Transportation
    6         to erect suitable markers; providing an effective
    7         date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Tomas-Minerva Vinuela Way designated; Department
   12  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   13         (1) That portion of 25th Street in Miami-Dade County
   14  between East 8th Avenue and East 9th Avenue is designated as
   15  “Tomas-Minerva Vinuela Way.”
   16         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating Tomas-Minerva Vinuela Way as
   18  described in subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. The Honorable Dale G. Bennett Boat Ramp
   20  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   21  markers.—
   22         (1) Ramp number 8 at mile marker 40.7 on I-75/S.R.
   23  93/Alligator Alley in Broward County is designated as “The
   24  Honorable Dale G. Bennett Boat Ramp.”
   25         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   26  suitable markers designating The Honorable Dale G. Bennett Boat
   27  Ramp as described in subsection (1).
   28         Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2014.
