       Economic Development (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 69 and 70
    4  insert:
    5         (j) Any development that qualifies for an exemption under
    6  this section is not subject to s. 380.0651(4).

    9  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 12 - 13
   11  and insert:
   12         Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subsection (29) of section
   13  380.06, Florida Statutes, is amended, and paragraph (j) is added
   14  to that subsection to read:

   17  And the title is amended as follows:
   18         Delete lines 7 - 8
   19  and insert:
   20         population of at least 400 people per square mile;
   21         exempting developments from certain statewide
   22         standards and guidelines if such developments qualify
   23         for an exemption from the development-of-regional
   24         impact process; providing an effective date.
