    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (647109) to Senate
    2  Amendment

    4         Delete line 30
    5  and insert:
    6         request with the department pursuant to s. 627.7074 and
    7  that the parties retain all remedies under current law to
    8  challenge the neutral evaluator’s decision in courts of
    9  competent jurisdiction.
