       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 131 - 134
    4  and insert:
    5  invalidity renders all other provisions or applications of this
    6  act invalid.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 28
   11  and insert:
   12         specified extent; providing that the entire act is
   13         invalid if any provision thereof is found to be
   14         invalid;
