       recommended the following:
       
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 165 - 205
    4  and insert:
    5         e. The corporation shall enter into contracts with
    6  qualified stabilization repair contractors to perform repairs.
    7  The policyholder shall have up to 30 days to select a
    8  stabilization repair contractor from the pool. If the
    9  policyholder fails to make a selection within 30 days, the
   10  corporation shall make a selection.
