       Senator Stargel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 186 - 187
    4  and insert:
    5  The State Board of Education shall adopt rules to implement this
    6  subsection by December 31, 2014, including rules to approve
    7  specific teacher preparation programs that are not identified in
    8  this subsection which may be used to meet requirements for
    9  mastery of professional preparation and education competence.
