       Senator Legg moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 54 - 55
    4  and insert:
    5  bonds. This section shall take effect upon becoming a law.
    6         Section 3. The amendment to s. 215.61, Florida Statutes,
    7  made by this act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
    8         Section 4. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
    9  act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2014.
