    3         Delete lines 142 - 149
    4  and insert:
    5         (18) If the offense is a violation of s. 800.04(4) or (5)
    6  and the victim was under 16 years of age at the time the offense
    7  was committed, a prosecution of the offense may be commenced at
    8  any time, unless, at the time of the offense, the offender is
    9  less than 18 years of age and is no more than 4 years older than
   10  the victim. This subsection applies to an offense that is not
   11  otherwise barred from prosecution on or before October 1, 2014.
