    4  and insert:
    5  bullying, a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as
    6  provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
    7         (3) A person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly
    8  harasses or cyberbullies another person and makes a credible
    9  threat to that person commits the offense of aggravated
   10  bullying, a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as
   11  provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
