       Senator Soto moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1543 and 1544
    4  insert:
    5         Section 36. Subsection (6) is added to section 627.0653,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         627.0653 Insurance discounts for specified motor vehicle
    8  equipment.—
    9         (6) The Office of Insurance Regulation may approve a
   10  premium discount to any rates, rating schedules, or rating
   11  manuals for the liability, personal injury protection, and
   12  collision coverages of a motor vehicle insurance policy filed
   13  with the office if the insured vehicle is equipped with
   14  autonomous driving technology or electronic vehicle collision
   15  avoidance technology that is factory installed or a retrofitted
   16  system and that complies with National Highway Traffic Safety
   17  Administration standards.

   23         amending s. 627.0653, F.S.; authorizing the Office of
