    4  and insert:
    5         (w) An identification of the infrastructure needs to
    6  support the construction and operation of a destination casino
    7  resort, including, but not limited to, the construction or
    8  improvements of roads, access ramps, bridges, or parking
    9  facilities. An applicant must pay for infrastructure needs that
   10  are identified in the application and that are identified, at
   11  any time, by the appropriate state, county, or municipal
   12  transportation agency. Public money may not be used for
   13  infrastructure needs of a destination casino resort.
   14         (x) Any other information the board may deem appropriate or
