       Senator Legg moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (143520) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 365 - 371
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) Beginning January 1, 2016, child care personnel
    6  employed by a school readiness program provider must hold a high
    7  school diploma or its equivalent and be at least 18 years of
    8  age, unless the personnel are not responsible for supervising
    9  children in care or are under direct supervision.
