       Senator Legg moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (361654) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 266 - 272
    4  and insert:
    5         (p) Beginning January 1, 2016, the private prekindergarten
    6  provider must employ child care personnel who hold a high school
    7  diploma or its equivalent and are at least 18 years of age,
    8  unless the personnel are not responsible for supervising
    9  children in care or are under direct supervision.
