    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (143520) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 491 and 492
    5  insert:
    6         Section 33. The Division of Law Revision and Information is
    7  directed to change the name of the Florida Career and
    8  Professional Education Act to the “Don Gaetz Career and
    9  Professional Education (CAPE) Act” wherever the name of the act
   10  appears in the Florida Statutes.

   15  insert:
   16         providing a directive to the Division of Law Revision
