The Committee on Appropriations (Gardiner) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 6               EXPLANATION:

On Page: 000             Provides $300,000 of nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Economic Enhancement and Development (SEED) 
Spec App: 2242A          Trust Fund to the Department of Economic Opportunity 
                         to provide $100,000 for the Metropolitan Ministries 
                         Transitional Housing Emergency Shelter in Pasco 
                         County, and $200,000 for the Nature Coast 
                         Educational Plaza in Hernando County. Decreases the 
                         funding provided for the Tampa Bay Innovation 
                         Training Center's Skills Initiative from $1.5 
                         million to $1.2 million from the SEED Trust Fund.
