                         Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund in the 
Spec App: 2648           Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for 
                         litigation costs related to the Alliance of 
                         Automobile Manufacturers federal lawsuit (Case No. 
                         4:08cv555/MCR/CAS in the U.S. District Court for the 
                         Northern District of Florida Tallahassee Division).

Safety Operating Trust Fund shall be used for litigation expenditures 
incurred related to the suit filed by the Alliance of Automobile 
Manufactures in the United States District Court for the Northern 
District of Florida Tallahassee (Case No. 4:08-cv-00555-MCR-CAS).
