                         System Interconnect to provide $200,000 to the 
Spec App: 1668A          Okeechobee County East West Conveyance Flowway and 
                         $100,000 to the Okeechobee Stormwater Conveyance/ 
                         Retrofit in the Department of Environmental 
                         Protection.
