Goodwill Manasota - Employment Assistance for Veterans......     409,000

AND INSERT:

From the nonrecurring funds provided from the Special Employment
Security  Administration Trust Fund in Specific Appropriation 2193A, 
$750,000 is allocated to the Florida Goodwill Association.
